For the letcho, cut the bell bell pepper into strips. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in hot oil.
Dice the onions, add to the bacon and sauté until translucent.
Season with paprika powder. Add bell pepper strips and tomato quarters. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Slice the sausages and add to the paprika. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
