For the tomato bell pepper soup, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into coarse pieces as well. In a saucepan, crush the tomatoes so that the juice comes out.

Bring to a boil with the paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in a little water. When the paprika is cooked nice and soft, let the soup cool and skim off the water.

Now strain the whole thing through a sieve and puree it together with the dried tomatoes.
