For the homemade chicken soup, wash the vegetables well, peel the onion and cut everything into small pieces.

Bring to the boil once with the chicken and water, then turn down to low heat and let it simmer slowly.

Use a ladle to skim off any foam that forms. Season with a little salt.

After a good 1-2 hours, empty through a sieve and collect the clear chicken soup in a pot.
