For the peach-pineapple compote, scald the peaches with boiling water and peel, cut into wedges.

Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk, cut into strips, then into slices. Put some water in a pot, add pineapple and peach slices, boil once, add sugar and lemon juice.

Serve cooled.
