For the spicy strudel, steam grated cabbage and carrots until soft. Cut onion and ham and fry in a pan with a little oil.
Add cabbage and carrot, add soy sauce and season to taste. Finally, mix in the flax seeds and a beaten egg. Fill the puff pastry, roll it up, brush with a little egg and sprinkle with flax seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 30 minutes.
