Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Make spaghetti according to package directions.

Bring the whipping cream, vegetable soup and butter to the boil, add the vermouth, season with salt and cook the salmon fillets in it for 10 to 12 min. Remove the salmon from the sauce, add the flower capers (see recipe: False capers), and season with fennel, pepper, salt and anise seeds.

Pick salmon into small pieces and pour over spaghetti form with sauce. Garnish and bring to table.
