Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Pollock fillet rinse, rub dry, and cut into large cubes. Sprinkle with half of the lemon juice. Cook fusili according to package directions. Remove skins from garlic and onion.

Chop garlic, dice onion. Rinse, peel and dice tomatoes.

Rinse and chop parsley and basil. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato cubes, sauté for about five min until soft, pour the water, add soup cubes and bring to a boil.

Season with the remaining salt, juice of one lemon, pepper, thyme and parsley. Add fish cubes, cover and simmer on low heat for about three to four minutes.

Add pasta and basil to the tomato-fish frying pan, cover and cook for about three minutes.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

Tip: The dish can be varied well with other vegetables. It also contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids.
