For the mushroom sticks, roll out dough into a rectangle and divide into 6 equal squares. Then separate the squares diagonally to make 12 triangles.

Finely chop ham and onion, brown together in oil and add finely chopped mushrooms. Sprinkle with flour, douse with soup and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley and let cool.

Spread the filling on the triangles and roll them up from the broad side. Brush the puff pastry sticks with egg and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Bake the mushroom sticks in a heated oven at 210 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
