Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Finely chop onion, chili and garlic. Cut ginger into narrow strips. Cut the beans into 3 cm long pieces.
In a frying pan or wide saucepan, heat the oil and brown the garlic, onion, ginger and sugar for five minutes, stirring. Then add the salt, chili, beans and continue to cook, stirring, until the beans are soft. Season with juice of one lemon and perhaps more salt.
