Instructions:

*****- Preparation -***** Peel carrots and potatoes, coarsely chop and cook in a little salted water.

Grind/chop the fish. Chop pickles and one peeled onion very finely, add to fish form. Mix with salt, pepper, eggs, lemon peel and chopped dill. Bind with breadcrumbs. Rest the dough briefly, then form 8 taler and turn in sesame seeds to the other side.

Peel remaining onions, cut into rings. Lightly flour and fry in fat until light brown. Finish baking fish taler in fat at a mild temperature.

Drain potatoes and carrots. Mash vegetables and beat with a little bit of clear soup and butter, season with nutmeg. Serve fish dumplings with puree, sprinkle the fried onions over the puree.
