For the sesame sticks, knead a yeast dough from all the ingredients listed (without the sesame seeds) and cover with a little flour. If necessary, add a little more water.
Let rise for about 1 hour until the dough is about double in size. Then knead the dough together and let it rise again. Knead again and roll into a thick roll.
Cut the roll into equal sized pieces and make balls out of the pieces. Roll these balls into oblong ovals with a pasta walker, then shape them into sticks, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes on a tray covered with baking paper.
