For the cheese and tomato sauce, heat the olive oil. Squeeze the garlic. Add the garlic and the tomatoes to the oil.

Pour in water and whipping cream and sprinkle in the bouillon cube. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 4 minutes.

Add the cubed jerome cheese, stir through and let the cheese-tomato sauce simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
