Instructions:

Cook the Fleckerl in salted water until al dente and strain. Cut ham into small pieces, chop onion and fry lightly in oil.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cream the butter and add the eggs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and add the sour cream and parsley.

Mix well with the remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at about 180 °C for half an hour.
