For the chicken horseradish, clean and chop the vegetables and add to the boiling soup with the chicken breast.

Turn down heat and let simmer (steep) gently for about 25 minutes.

Arrange the breast on plates, cover with vegetables and sprinkle with horseradish and parsley.

Pour some soup over the chicken horseradish.
