For the sesame cream, melt honey in whipping cream and mix with sea salt, eggs, egg yolks, orange blossom water and sesame seeds.
Grease a small ovenproof ring mold with warm butter, pour in the honey cream, fill the grease pan of the oven 1-2 cm high with tap water, place the ring mold in it and put it on the broiler in the heated oven.
Bake at 175° Celsius for about 1 hour. Let the sesame cream cool a little, turn it out and put it in a cool place.
