Slowly boil the milk with butter in a saucepan. Season with sugar and a small pinch of salt.
Now slowly pour in the semolina. Let it boil down for a few minutes, stirring constantly. The longer the porridge boils, the firmer it becomes.
Meanwhile, mix sugar to taste with plenty of cinnamon.
Arrange finished semolina boil in preheated plates and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar as desired and drizzle with brown butter or sprinkle only with grated chocolate.
