Try this delicious pasta dish:

Rinse the meat, dry it, season with salt and season with pepper.

Oil in in the fat pan of the heated oven ( electric kitchen stove 220 degrees / convection oven 175 degrees / gas stove level 3 ) form, put meat on it, roast in about 1 hour.

In the meantime, rinse grapes, cut in half and remove seeds. Rinse the raisins.

Boil raisins with vinegar, sugar, almond kernels and 1/2 tsp. salt, cook until viscous. Add grapes.

Arrange roast with grapes on a platter. Garnish with parsley. Serve with long-grain rice or pasta and a dry white wine.
