For the risipisi with sausages, first cook the rice with the water.
In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the sausages. Add the peas.
When the rice is cooked, stir in the butter and then add the sausage-pea mixture and stir the risipisi with sausages well.
