Prepare the cauliflower and rinse carefully. Split into roses. Separate the carrots from the peel, rinse and chop into sticks. Fill the greens into clean jars, add the spices.

Boil the broth with all the ingredients and immediately fill the jars to the brim with it and seal.

Store in a cool and dark place, consume within four to six weeks.
