Instructions:

For the quick flatbread with herb cream cheese spread from the hot air fryer, dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and mix with half of the flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Add the salt and the remaining flour, knead well and let rise again for 25 minutes.

Portion the dough and roll out thin round patties, let rise for another 10 minutes. Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
