For the apple crumble, peel the apples and cut into cubes. Mix some white wine with the 2 tablespoons sugar, clove powder, raisins, lemon zest and juice, stew the apples in it in a pot, do not let them become too soft.
Mix more, sugar, butter and salt and crumble with your fingers. Put the apples in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle the crumbles on top.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
