For the plum tapas, wash, halve and pit the plums. Mix the avocado flesh, lemon juice, crumbled feta cheese, whipped cream, olive oil, sugar and chili powder with a hand blender.

Place the avocado and feta cheese cream on the plum halves. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a hot pan. Sprinkle over the plums.
