Instructions:

For the plum-apple strudel, toast the breadcrumbs in butter and put them in a bowl. Add honey, cinnamon, rum and mix everything well.

Cut the apples into slices (or small cubes) and add the plum pieces. Fill everything into the ready puff pastry, brush with water and bake in the oven (see packaging puff pastry).
