Preheat the oven to 180°C. For the apple strudel with walnuts, wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut the apple quarters into thin slices. Roughly chop the walnut kernels. Mix the apple slices with walnuts, raisins, honey, cinnamon, rum, salt, lemon juice and cocoa powder.Spread a large tea towel on a work surface and spread 2 sheets of strudel dough on it. Spread the nut-apple filling on the strudel dough except for a small border. Brush the edges with oil and fold the ends in toward the center. Roll up the dough by lifting the tea towel from front to back. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully place the strudel on it, seam side down. Do the same with the remaining two strudel sheets. Brush the two apple strudels with walnuts with the remaining oil and bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
