Instructions:

For the lentil soup, sauté the garlic in olive oil until brown. Drain the lentils (save the broth!) and corn. Puree half of them and add to garlic.

While stirring, add broth, whipping cream, remaining corn and lentils and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
