For pasta in spinach cream cheese sauce, cook pasta in salted water until al dente, strain and set aside. Prepare creamed spinach according to instructions and set aside.
Heat oil in a saucepan, peel and finely chop garlic and sauté and deglaze with vegetable soup, simmer slightly.
Add the pasta. Stir Philadelphia into the spinach and add to the noodles. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili flakes.
