For the pasta casserole with pumpkin and beef mince, first boil pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and then rinse with cold water.
Cook the pumpkin cubes in the same way, they should still be quite crunchy. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Sauté beef mince and onion in a wide pot or (oven-proof) pan with some olive oil. Add tomato paste, thyme and garlic and fry only briefly. Deglaze with red wine and season with salt, pepper and chili. Add whipped cream, pasta and pumpkin cubes and mix everything well. If necessary, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle pasta casserole with pumpkin and beef mince with marjoram and serve.
