Instructions:

Rinse the kohlrabi and carrots, remove the peel and grate finely with the vegetable slicer. Clean, rinse and slice the radishes.

Rinse the apples, quarter, core, cut into wedges and drizzle with juice of one lemon on the spot.

Coarsely chop the nuts. Clean the oak leaf lettuce, pluck it into coarse pieces, then rinse and spin dry. Cut the chicken breast into strips.

Heat the butter and roast the meat in it over medium heat for three to four minutes on all sides, then drain on kitchen roll.

Briefly toast the walnuts in the frying pan. Mix vinegar, orange juice, oil, chives and parsley to make a salad dressing, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the roasted nuts. Arrange the oak leaf lettuce with apples, carrots, radishes, kohlrabi and chicken. Drizzle with the salad dressing and bring to the table.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
