For the pasta bake, cook the penne in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, cut the spring onion into fine rings and the ham into fine strips.
Mix the whipping cream well with the tomato paste, the pressed garlic, 1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the ham and the spring onions, put it in a greased baking dish and pour the whipped cream over it.
Sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 170 degrees convection oven for about 30 minutes.
