Rinse, dry and season steaks. Score fat edges. Peel onions. Dice one onion, cut the rest into rings. Mix mustard, onion cubes and flour. Coat one side of the steaks with the mixture. Fry steaks with coated side still down in hot oil for 3 minutes, turn to other side, fry for 3 minutes more. Briefly sauté onion rings in the frying fat until soft, arrange on steaks. Serve with mushrooms and French fries.
