Instructions:

For the pizza slices, stir the yeast with lukewarm water until smooth, mix with the other dough ingredients and knead in a bowl until smooth.

Then leave to rise for 45 minutes with the lid closed.

Put the tomato puree in a large enough bowl, peel and press the garlic and add it. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips, stir in with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Knead the dough well on a floured surface and roll out thinly on an oiled baking sheet.

Spread with the tomato sauce. Bake in the heated oven (250 degrees bottom shelf) for about 15 minutes.

Mix curd cheese and sour cream until smooth. Fold in dill and some caviar. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove finished pizza from heat, spread dill whipped cream evenly in blobs on top. Spread caviar and capers evenly over it, top with smoked salmon, divide into pieces and bring to table garnished with dill.
