For the Overnight Oats, first heat the milk and add the rolled oats. Bring to a boil and then add chia seeds, raisins and coconut flakes. If you like, you can season the Overnight Oats with cinnamon. Stir through and let swell overnight.

The next morning, chop fruit and add to the Overnight Oats.
