Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Boil water. Brew coffee in a filter.

Put sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a saucepan and stir at lowest temperature until golden brown in 10 min. Add hot coffee. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool in a baking dish.

Whip the cream. Fold into cooled coffee cup. Arrange in a dessert bowl. Place in refrigerator for 10 min. Serve on the spot garnished with mocha beans.
