For the pasta meat, lightly fry chopped onion in butter, add garlic and fry briefly. Add marjoram, thyme, bay leaf and paprika powder, fry briefly and deglaze with vinegar.

Pour in 2 l of water, add soup cubes and bring to a boil. Cut the pork shoulder into small cubes, add to the boiling broth and simmer for about 1/2 hour.

Then add the noodles. The noodles should cook a little longer than the prescribed time, so that they can soak up the juices.

At the end, there should be some juice left over the noodles, otherwise add some water with bouillon cubes beforehand.

Remove the finished dish from the heat and let it stand for about 20 minutes, covered and stir the noodle meat well again.
