For the apricot jam “Amaretto” cut apricots into small pieces, boil with preserving sugar. Add lemon juice and mix with a hand blender.

Boil for 7 minutes, check the jelly and add Amaretto to taste. Finally, fold in almonds and fill into sterile jars while still hot.
