A cake recipe for all foodies:
Prepare a dough from the first ingredients. Line the bottom of a 26 or 28 cm cake springform pan and form a rim about 4 cm high. Stir the cherry juice with the pudding powder and the sugar (2) until cooled down and let it boil. Immediately mix the cherries into the pudding mixture and mold onto the dough when cooled.
Stir the ingredients for the topping and spread evenly over the cherry mixture.
Bake at 150 o C for 60 to 90 min in a heated oven. Cooking test after 1 hour
