A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse and dry the turkey meat and shred evenly.

Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes. Stir through with half the salt, pepper, soy sauce, chili seasoning and crushed garlic.

Turn meat in it to the other side and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the skin from the pineapple slices, remove the hard center stalk, dice the flesh not too finely.

Put the bean sprouts in a sieve and rinse under running water. Drain,

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey meat briefly in it. Then stir in the pineapple chunks.

Add the bean sprouts to the frying pan and fry, turning throughout.

Season everything with soy sauce, spices and a little salt. Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle on top.
