For the mini pizza with pumpkin from the hot air fryer, first knead all the ingredients for the dough, form into a ball. Place in a bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rise for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the topping. To do this, peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Steam the pumpkin cubes in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 120 °C with a little oil for 10 minutes until it is soft and can be mashed very easily. Mash or blend into a paste.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll out or pull apart each into a small pizza. Spread each pizza with the pumpkin paste and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake the mini pizza with pumpkin from the hot air fryer for about 10-15 minutes at 200 °C in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer.
Then spread arugula, prosciutto and parmesan on top. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
