For the minced Puszta roast, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Finely dice the onion, bell bell pepper, gherkins and tomato and set aside.
Now mix the minced meat with the curd cheese in a high bowl, preferably by hand, and then mix in the egg and all the spices and herbs. Possibly briefly taste and if necessary season.
Now spread some oil in a baking dish and put half of the mixture into the dish. Cover this half with 3 slices of raw ham and place the other half of the mixture on top.
Put the remaining 3 slices of ham on top. Now roast the minced puszta for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven.
