For the minced egg, peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the parsley finely as well.

Sauté the onion in the olive oil until translucent and then leave to cool.

Mix the mince well with the egg, spices, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.

Peel the hard eggs and roll them in a little flour. This way the mince will stick better.

Now wet your hands a little and form a flat disc on your open hand. Place the egg on this disc and cover it with the mince. Shape the minced mixture to form an egg shape again.

For breading, provide flour, two beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Roll the minced eggs once again in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

In the meantime, heat the oil. Use enough oil so that the eggs can float nicely in it.Fry the eggs in the oil for about 3-5 minutes. Take them out and let them drain.

Serve the minced egg with salad.
