Instructions:

For the millet-wheat rolls, knead the flour, dry yeast, salt, oil, garlic and beer into a yeast dough.

Let the dough rest for about 1/2 hour. Then form 10 rolls and brush with yolk milk.

Bake the millet-wheat rolls at 180°C for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
