Cut prepared iceberg lettuce into wide strips, cut tomatoes into eighths, cut onion into rings. Coarsely crumble cheese, quarter artichokes. Mix everything with anchovy fillets and olives in a baking dish. Squeeze garlic clove through a press, add vinegar, oil, pepper and basil over the leaf salad, mix briefly, garnish with egg slices.
