For the lucky pigs with almonds first put curd, oil, milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with a mixer. Mix flour and baking powder. Then add the flour and almonds to the batter and stir everything in.

Sprinkle tabletop with flour and roll out dough. Cut out a circle with a larger glass and 2 smaller circles with a smaller glass.

Place baking paper on baking sheet and place the large dough circles on the paper. Use one of the two small ones as a snout and press holes in it, then cut the other small circle and use it as ears.

Use cranberries or raisins as eyes and brush them all with egg or milk and “glue” them a little. Bake lucky pig with almonds at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
