For the homemade soup seasoning, wash and clean the greens and cut into small cubes. Then spread well on a baking tray and dry for about 20 minutes at 70 – 80°C. Now alternate layers of coarse salt and the dried soup seasoning in a nice jar and press down carefully at the end. Always start and finish the layers with salt. Store the homemade soup seasoning well closed.
