Instructions:

Prepare meat dough from pork fat, long grain rice and egg, season with salt, pepper and curry.

Chop kitchen herbs and knead together with cheese.

Put half of the meat dough into a baking dish, flatten, spread cheese mixture evenly over it and cover with remaining meat dough.

Brush with oil, sprinkle with curry and cook for 15 minutes at 600 watts with the lid closed.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
