Instructions:

Pour the water into a large saucepan, add the cream of tartar, the juice of one lemon, the sugar and the chopped ginger. When it has cooled down to lukewarm, add the yeast. Ferment in a warm place for 24 hours. Then filter and bottle.

Consume within 4 days.
