For the bread salad, remove the crust and dice the ciabatta. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread cubes to croutons until crisp.
Wash and halve grapes. Wash cherries, remove seeds and chop a little. Mix fruit with croutons and divide among four deep plates.
Pluck basil. Puree the oil from the pan, basil, honey, lemon juice and salt together and drizzle over the bread salad.
