For the fruit salad with pomegranate, first squeeze half the pomegranate with a citrus juicer and put it in a bowl (everything – even the seeds left over from squeezing).

Squeeze the tangerines as well. Cut the bananas, add them and mash them with a fork. Cut the plums, apple and persimmon into small pieces and mix them in – the fruit salad with pomegranate is ready.
