Peel kiwi and cut into hearts. Fillet the oranges. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Set aside one kiwi heart and a few pomegranate seeds per serving.
Mix fruit with lemon juice.
Mix oatmeal, wheat germ, buttermilk, raisins and honey.
Stir in fruit.
Portion the granola and serve sprinkled with kiwi hearts and pomegranate seeds.
