For the flake pancake, first prepare a round cake pan with a diameter of 24-28 cm. Preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air or 200 °C low top heat.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl one by one. Make a dimple in the flour and pour in the baking powder. First mix the salt, spices and baking powder into the flour with a fork, then mix all the ingredients together with a fork. A liquid dough will form.
Place the cake pan on a baking tray. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Place in the preheated brook oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Turn out of the pan and let cool on a rack. The result will be a flat, soft flaky pancake that is best cut with a pizza wheel.
